"The staff is always excellent. After multiple stays for work I've noticed that corporate could do better at making all the mattresses equal and fixing the treadmills in the gym."

"No coffee available in the front lobby; the one in the room was pretty bad. Rooms are getting old and grungy. Difficult for people with walking challenges to get to the room. Elevator is too far away, and have to go down 4 steps in order to access it. Makes the place almost inaccessible, which is against the law, isn't it?"

"Overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful location with great proximity to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and offered a lovely ocean view. My only suggestion would be to improve accessibility—having a more direct connection from the other buildings to the lobby would make it much more convenient, as getting there currently requires multiple elevators and can be quite time-consuming."

"Breakfast menu was good but lunch and dinner menu needs an upgrade. Rooms were clean and with great view of ocean- we even saw the whales from our balcony. They have shuttle service- which helps to go Whalers. The beach was almost private! No crowds. My only recommendation for the hotel would be to have a vending machine for water and drinks "

"The property is not well maintained and was not very clean. 80% of the Staff were rude, but then there were a handful that were really nice. There was nothing special about this property and its amenities. For instance, when there were rain days, they offered nothing to do inside. "

"Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants including Loulu were overpriced with not so great food. I live in OC, CA and we have an access to beach and we have a pool at home. If I have to line up in the morning to reserve pool chairs and pay for beach chairs, I don't know why we had spend so much money to stay at this hotel."

"Best spot for us in Kihei! Walk to beaches, great food nearby, shuttle driver to take us to shopping, further beaches & restaurants. Beach chair rental at hotel. Super friendly staff. I love the pool and pool bar with food. Live music that sets the mood at night. I can't wait to return. Our trip was perfect. "
