"Good location. The hotel common areas and the dining room i appreciate must be hard to heat but it was cold especially in the dining room at breakfast. Our room was fine and the bed was comfortable"

"Convenient enough location but id rank it 2 star. I pick a 2 br place so we and partner have some space. This one was cramped. Would suit budget level traveller."

"Love the upstairs section. Spa superb. Only thing was bar fridge froze some of our food. This is our favourite place to stay on East Coast. St Helen’s is one of the best towns to be in too. Great locality to everything"
