Easy access to the historic area. Somewhat sterile and limited staff. There was a single front desk person when we arrived at 7:30 (he was super attentive and nice, but a couple checking in monopolized him with about activities in the area). Wanted to buy a bottle of water from the main floor bar, but there was no one staffing it. Also, it is somewhat loud, so you’ll hear your upstairs neighbors stepping/stomping.

Great place Great location book it

An amazing choice for Matera. The location is walking distance to everything. The hotel is brand new modern clean and very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Onsite paring is there costs 20 euro for the day. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again definitely if I came to visit again. Oh also the breakfast was pretty good. Not spectacular. But for sure good enough.

Great modern hotel in Matera, conveniently located just outside the restricted area of the old town but so close you can walk everywhere. Good sized rooms with large, comfortable bed and a great shower. Buffet breakfast was decent.

It’s not a Five Star Hotel

I stayed 3 nights but no one clean the room even I placed “clean “ card on the door. A plenty hourly rental cars in the parking lot, it’s very hard to find a space when you back to hotel, when I complained no one clean the room and no clean towels and toil paper female staff ignored me (male staff a bit better)
