Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door"

"We booked our stay of 2 days before and after our trip to Manali. Bothe times the rooms were not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Poorly maintained and shabby. Staff reluctant to change room or help. Very disappointed."
