De modo geral, foi uma boa experiência, exceto pelo fato de que quando cheguei o quarto reservado com vista para o mar não foi entregue e tive que voltar à recepção após ter detectado o erro e já cansado. Demorou um pouco para me liberarem o quarto correto.

Ala Terra

Muito boa a experiencia na Ala Terra do Sauipe Resorts. Desde a recepção, com destaque para Jessica que nos conseguiu um excelente quarto com um "mimo" ainda e de um rapaz com cavanhaque que infelizmente não lembro o nome. A estrutura em torno da piscina necessita de manutenção e a água estava gelada (Quem sabe uma piscina aquecida no futuro? rsrs) mas é um bom local para relaxar e aproveitar. As refeições no geral foram boas, só precisando melhorar as pizzas e o yakissoba que estavam abaixo da média. Disponibilidade de bebidas bem interessante para um hotel que não é considerado Premium. No dia 28/06 houve um concurso de quadrilhas na Arena (Excelente estrutura), havia a informação que seria ate as 23horas, mas quando chegamos pouco depois das 20hs, já tinha terminado e estava acontecendo um show. Ficamos tristes por não ter visto o concurso. A estrutura de todo o complexo não deixa a desejar em nada. No geral é uma experiência que vale a pena.

Estadia boa, porém enxugaram bastante as ofertas de alimentos. É a terceira vez que me hospedo no Sauípe resorts e senti uma mudança. Além disso, tive um incidente, reportei ao Supervisor e à segurança e até o momento, não recebi nenhum retorno.

Já foi melhor.O complexo caiu de qualidade.Desde o check in filas enormes e demora no atendimento.No balcão de atendimento os funcionários desconheciam as principais atrações e atividades do clube infantil e da vila da praia.Ao chegar no quarto não havia cesto de lixo,nem edredons e o figrobar tinha apenas água. No restaurante,não havia nenhum atendimento na mesa dos hóspedes …tínhamos que pegar nossas bebidas.Os funcionários preocupados apenas em limpar as mesas. Piscinas antigas,com rejuntes mal cuidados.

Falta de preparo

Diante do planejamento realizado para esta viagem, esperávamos inicialmente uma recepção mais eficiente e organizada, visto q a escolha pela suite executiva foi primordial para um servico diferenciado e assim NÃO foi disponibilizado pela equipe receptiva. Ao chegarmos nos deparamos com longas filas e falta de preparo dos colaboradores, acarretando uma espera de quase 1 hora para finalização do check-in, esteja que ja havia sido realizado antecipadamente via web. No final da estadia, gostariamos de solicitar o late check-out, como forma de compensação pelo tempo perdido no check-in, assim decidimos entrar em contato por telefone, porém NÃO tivemos retorno, ficando assim desassistidos e ignorados por mais 1 hora. Esses pontos precisam ser revistos pela equipe responsável do resort Ala Terra, pois causou indignação mediante uma diária elevada e expectativa criada.

Adoro a Costa do Sauípe!

Embora o resort esteja passando por reformas e, por isso, limitando acesso a outras alas, nossa estadia na Ala Terra foi ótima. O quarto estava reformado e com camas muito confortáveis. Em ralação aos anos de 2018, 2019 e 2020, quando também fomos à Costa do Sauípe, sentimos melhora nas comidas, bebidas e sobremesas, contudo é algo que ainda pode melhorar. Im grande elogio vai para a camareira Adriana, que deixava tudo muito bem arrumado.

Decadente… uma pena!

Um resort em decadência. O que achei bom foi o acarajé servido na piscina. Agora enumero o que não achei bom: 1) A comida não é boa. Da apresentação do buffet até o sabor dos pratos, tudo deixa a desejar. 2) Minha TV estava com problema e acionei a manutenção pelo atendimento via WhatsApp por 3 vezes sem ser atendido. Somente quando fui pessoalmente na recepção (porque o telefone do quarto não funcionava) é que fui atendido. 4) A camareira achou por bem colocar só “meio lençol” na cama… tirei foto pra comprovar! 5) ainda da camareira, ela nunca deixava o tapetinho do banheiro. Eu tinha que usar uma das toalhas. E “o” sabonete da estadia quase não deu para os 5 dias… talvez eu precisasse comprar se ficasse mais um dia. 6) Na piscina, no primeiro dia, a água estava turva. Felizmente foi corrigido para o segundo dia. Mas mesmo assim as piscinas tem areia, pois não há nenhum tipo de torneira ou lava pés para quem vem da praia. Tem que ir até um dos chuveiros, que ficam mais perto das piscinas. 7) Eu já falei da comida ruim? Uma pena… o lugar é maravilhoso! Mas há outras opções na região bem melhores.

fomos assediados todo o tempo pelo marketing do grupo Aviva ! hotel mal cuidado paredes soltando reboca! matamos uma barata no chao do restaurante principal ! funcionarios grosseiros, pouco receptivos, visivelmente trabalhando mal humorados! all inclusive porem filas imensas para conseguir uma bebida pois o numero de funcionarios nao estava compativrl com a demanda ! Hotel sujo ! rejunte do banheiro com lodo e limo ! PESSIMO! ODIAMOS ! NAO RECOMENDO A NINGUEM ! nao dou uma estrela

O que me deixou mais decepcionada foi a falta de entreterimento no próprio hotel. Essa história de a noite ter show na vila é totalmente fora dos padrões de resort. Primeiro porque não há sequer lugar para sentarmos, depois, shows desestruturados, sem qualquer contato com o público. Pessimo. Horrível. Então, é um hotel “all inclusive”. Para mim, falta muito para chegar num padrão resort. Além disso, as bebidas são ruins na beira da praia, ou seja, os drinks vão piorando (do lounge melhores, bar da piscina caem a qualidade, bar da praia, pessimo). Deveriam manter os mesmos em todos, uma vez que, não é raro quando queremos manter a bebida que estamos tomando. Outro fato que é de suma importância, é que vcs não se preocupam em li limpar a praia que seus hóspedes (mal educados) sujam. Sei que isso é um absurdo, ninguém deveria deixar a praia suja, mas deixam e vcs não limpam. Da até nojo ficar na areia. Por fim, meu esposo caiu na escada de acesso à praia porque a madeira está completamente incluinada. Em 30 minutos 3 pessoas caíram no mesmo local.
