"The coffee shop doesn't open until 6:30am and at that time the attendant may or may not be at the counter. Breakfast isn't until 7am, so if you eat you are limited in time if you have to be somewhere early like i did. Hotel is nice, clean, close to the park. Rooms are a bit small in square footage. Ive never understood rooms without appropriate seating for the television. We tried to move the minisofa so we could watch tb without being on the beds. It worked out fairly."

"Parking was limited and the bed was a bit firm for my likes; otherwise I felt it was an excellent value and would definitely stay again. If it had more parking [and I wasn't charged $12/night for self parking in a standard parking lot] and the bed was more comfortable, definitely would've been 5 stars. "

"Property is in shambles as they are doing construction upgrades understandable. But they are you upgrading when the place is filthy and infested with roaches drug addicts and prostitutes living in the rooms was also woken up at 2am to loud domestic violence and arguing definitely do not recommend "
