"Before arrival the staff was texting me inquiring about arrival and would we be dining at the restaurant. We chose to, and glad we did, more on that below. Upon arrival we got a bit confused, as Waze had us going one direction and the Parcheggio signs suggested another. I called the WhatsApp number and within minutes Danielo, staff member, was at our car directing where to check in. Excellent service! Parking which happens to be a top concern of mine, especially with a rental car where damages are costly, was excellent. There is a gated lot near the lodging area. The Jr. Suite that we rented had an amazing view of the Mediterranean and a beautiful patio area. The accommodations were great and the room was clean ad spacious. Also has good AC to keep cool. The dinner options were plentiful and delicious. Some of the best food we’ve had since arriving in Italy. The Cod was the best fish plate I’ve had in a long time. My wife loved the chicken leg plate. We are so very glad we chose to dine at TerrraNova. To wrap this review up; Yes I most definitely recommend staying here. It has been a wonderful experience. The owner is very attentive and courteous. "

"This hotel is well worth the trip. Gorgeous views and a spa feel to the whole place. The rooms are modern and spacious. Good selection of high quality food for breakfasts. A convenient shuttle to and from take us to Sorrento (on their schedule) and the staff was always eager to help. I loved the infinity pool that overlooked the sea and and sunsets. "

The parking situation was a bit tricky because of how tight it is but hey, it’s Italy. "The hotel staff was very accommodating to our needs especially arranging transportation to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Air conditioning was minimal and we had to open balcony doors at night in order to sleep comfortably. Overall would recommend staying at this property as it was high up in the hills and quiet."

"This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location is stunning – quiet, peaceful and with a lovely pool and sunset dining area. Our room was modern, spotless and even had a little garden space to relax in. Netflix on the TV was a great extra touch. The staff were fantastic – so friendly, accommodating and always happy to help. They took time to explain everything clearly at check-in and really went out of their way for us during our stay. Breakfast was simple but tasty, just what we needed to start the day. We also loved how convenient it was – just a short walk to the bus stop, which made getting into Sorrento really easy. Overall, a peaceful retreat with everything you need. We would definitely stay here again! :)"

"We had a great time at sapphire rooms. The room was clean and was directly overlooking a small beach. The owners were lovely and helped us find parking. We loved our stay and would 100% return! We wish we’d been able to stay longer."
