"I stayed for my recent visit to prophets mosque. The hotel is near to gate 309, 310. It was clean , well maintained and in near vicinity to the mosque. Staff were caring and very cooperative. The breakfast was good as well. They have allowed us for late check out as well. I would come again to the same hotel every time. Thank you so much Rotana , great team and excellent hotel. "

"Decent hotel. Small rooms and a little bit rundown but you get what you pay for. Very close to the Haram, which is a great advantage. What really stands out here are the staff - honorable mention and thanks to Mr Khalid the housekeeping services manager for taking care of my elderly father's needs. His compassion and patience is exemplary. Also a note for Shohag, who was always there for my questions and needs - very helpful and dedicated young fellow. "
