Positives: Location is good, with multiple entrances and exits Staff (especially cleaners) are helpful and polite Rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms (comes with complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) Negatives: Rooms are quite worn out and are a bit dirty (we found a decent amount of dirt on the carpets, but the cleaners cleaned it up promptly when asked) Lifts can get quite busy and take a while to come, a few lifts out of service as well Would be good if they could offer more room amenities, such as: Toothbrushes, Toothpaste, room slippers etc

The thing I liked most about the property was its excellent location. However, one thing that disappointed me was that I tried to contact the property through the messaging system but did not receive any response. As I mentioned earlier, I have another booking for next year, and I sincerely hope that communication and responsiveness can be improved. I would also like to kindly request a room with a view of the Haram and Rawdah, if available. I have appreciated staying at your property and hope to have an even better experience during my next visit, InshaAllah.
