At the price point of The hotel was absolutely magnificent, the breakfast is exactly what you expect out of a inexpensive motel buffet but it worked, there was hot coffee 24/7 and that's all that matters I was really blown away how nice it was for how short of a price it was

Falmouth Inn
Was as double queen bed room, it was clean. Shower had decent pressure and heat. Staff were very friendly as well.

Iris Hotel Cape Cod
The hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Areas were clean. The walls are VERY thin—- you can hear what’s going on in the other room. Free parking and free breakfast were the biggest draws.
