"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno.
1) la proprietĆ scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa ĆØ ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare.
2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perchĆ© la proprietĆ non accende il calorifero
3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietĆ non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra.
3) fa piĆ¹ freddo in casa che fuori...

"Leider ist die Unterkunft unauffinbar wir standen in der Pampa vor einem geschlossenen Eisentor. Der Garten sah verwahrlost aus und Haus haben wir keines gesehen. So sind wir wieder abgefahren, da wir auch keine Telefonnummer gefunden haben. Schade ums Geld."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. We were guest in June and it wasn't crowded at all.
The location is great, very close to Pula, Chia and Tuerredda beaches.
A few things they could improve:
- Parasol on the swimming pool could be bigger, and there is not enough shade overall.
- I would have appreciated more local cured meat and cheese at breakfast.
- Lunch and dinner are not worth the price consodering many other local eateries nearby with better value for money and choice."
