"Expected better overall."

"Room was just plain dirty. If you walked around barefooted, the bottom of your feet were covered in dirt/dust within seconds. Tub had hair in it and staff didn’t even make the beds after our first night. Things improved after my spouse talked to the cleaning staff. Also, was hit with an unexpected parking fee when we first arrived. On the good side there’s a beautiful creek that runs along the back of the property and the staff were generally friendly and helpful."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Found bed bugs in our bed both me and my boyfriend are covered in bites. Stains on my floor at mattresses. Pool area was dirty and filled with trash, There was also a metal light that was supposed to be attached to the wall underwater flouting around the lazy river. We left as soon as we found the bugs and the lady at the front didn’t even seem surprised when i told her which tells be this has been an issue and still nothing was done. Waiting to hear back from hotels.com to get my refund."

"Room was very clean upon arrival we got the romantic suite . Was very nice . The location is perfect it’s actually the best hotel to go to walk around gatlinburg it’s right in the middle of everything which we loved we never took our car anywhere. I’ll definitely stay here again !"
