"The room smelled musty and felt damp. The shampoo had water in it to make it go further. I’m pretty sure my kids were bitten by bed bugs. One of our towels was dirty. Folded but dirty. The staff was great though. Check in was easy the lady at the front desk was very helpful. We even left something in our room and had to return to pick it up and they had it waiting for us. The views were nice too. Not sure I would stay again."

"Parking was convenient, AC was noisy... not automatic... had to turn it off. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Need a little more choice for breakfast. Needs a small gym. Need a happy hour room with music."

"The staff were wonderful both in the restaurant and at the front desk. The cleaning crew were very friendly. However, our room smelled very strong of perfume so we switched rooms and that was nice because we had a wooden floor less smell. The rooms are very dated. Also, there’s no coffee in the room. This would be a great addition."

"We reserved a suit but were given double queens no sofa bed. Breakfast was a hour late due loud upset guests, then we charged an additional $25 for we don’t know why? On top of already paid $230, definitely was not like our usual holiday express stays very unsatisfactory stay"

"Hotel is older, but very well kept could use some updates but in a town such as this, it doesn’t really make sense since there’s not a lot of tourism. The staff is excellent and the cook for breakfast and dinner is the sweetest and the food is fantastic"

"The room I was given was not suitable. It did not have a shower curtain. In fact it was a candy cap room and I’m not handicap. My preference is never to stay at that property again."
