"Staff is great and place is clean. But for the price I paid it really needs some updating did too the rooms or the room I was in. My room was 250 the night I stayed. Room was cleaned but bathroom ceiling had stains from where it seems to be a water leak and was messed up a little in that spot. To be a up scale hotel of a casino. That’s just something you don’t suppose to see. Other than that everything was great. The view, customer service, breakfast and etc. But get them rooms updated Magnolia Bluff Casino Hotel! "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Our room had carpet that was so torn it was a trip hazard and it smelled of bug spray and was filthy. We asked to be moved and our next room was a bit better in that the carpet wasn’t ripped up, but it was stained. The bathroom fan was filthy, the floor had a used toothpick and a dirty washcloth was shoved to the back under the sink. The coffeemaker didn’t work as well. "

"Very nice with spectacular views of river. We stayed on 2nd floor and probably will request a higher floor with river view because of traffic noise. "

"Room was clean and convenient and reasonably up-to-date. Breakfast was good and hot. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The water temp was varied and iffy and the towels were pretty thin and worn out. However, for the price, we were happy with our stay and would recommend them."
