"Our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was made truly special by the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Daunia, Matteo and Alessandro welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. It was far more than simply a hotel welcome — from the very beginning, we felt sincerely cared for. A very special mention must go to Daunia, the General Manager. She took the time to understand what would make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and then went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful experience in Lecce. What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation."

"Great location, beautiful unique design! We just loved it. Valet parking and many cool sitting areas with so much to look at! Our room was on a level with only stairs but not just any stairs, it’s not much different than walking in the old city, in fact it made it very unique! We’ll be back!"

"We arrived early and were offered use of the pool, changing room and lunch. Our room was ideal, and well fitted (although no kettle, available on request). It was nice and quiet, both by the pool and in the room, and an easy 5 minute walk to the beachfront with cafes, bars and shops. We had a car and parking was easy, so it made this hotel an ideal base to explore the Salento area and Gallipoli. All the staff were friendly, both on the desk and at breakfast which was a buffet style with some hot options. On departure we were again offered an room extension, use of the pool all day and the Spa to freshen up. All in all could not be faulted."

"The property had a lovely studio type room ie bed, kitchenette, bathroom. An Italian breakfast was supplied on the rooftop of the premises. This was a lovely spot to dine. The hosts helped with meal recommendations & ringing taxis. So they helped to make my stay more pleasurable. I would have liked a few amenities for the 4 star status eg tissues, shower cap, vanity set. I was greeted with a bottle of wine and a yummy cake, though. Lecce is a beautiful Baroque city. The Old Town is one of the prettiest and cleanest I’ve seen in Italy. There are a lot of sights to see too eg churches, main entry gates, Roman amphitheatre, Duomo & bell tower with excellent views over the city. I’d recommend this town to everyone."
