"We arrived to find that our room only had a sink in it. Nowhere on the listing is it advertised that you must share a bathroom. Having a toddler with us, this made our stay difficult. There is one separate toilet, one shower and one bathroom that has a shower and a toilet between 5 rooms. We were really disappointed to have been mis-sold this accommodation. We couldn’t speak to anyone as the property is unmanned. We spoke to Hotels.com about it, they couldn’t contact anyone either and also...

"We were two colleagues staying in the Linnea room. The room was just as you would expect from the photos, with heating (we stayed in late March and it was freezing outside).
