The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
Hotel is very tired, I was under the impression that I had booked a superior room however there was nothing superior about the room I stayed in, cracked toilet, cracked tiles just generally shabby.

ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport
It's undergoing renovations in the foyer areas which is fine. My room was ok but some basic things like the toilet flush button was broken and the shower flex was damaged so the head only sprayed sideways.

ibis budget Birmingham International Airport - NEC
Had to look for check in staff on arrival was found in kitchen taking to colleague. One member of breakfast team was abrupt and not friendly. Room was clean. It was what we would expect from a budget hotel but we would have expected some members of staff to be better.
