Hotel Marseille Centre Gare Saint-Charles by Accor
Room was okay. Upon checking in we had to wait around 40 mins, due to a card reader error. the man didn’t apologise for the delay and never told us any info such as wifi password. when departing another 15 min delay. nothing ran efficiently.

Breakfast selection was limited. There could have been more choice. There were no more yogarts halfway through our stay. Air conditioner didn’t work

New Hotel Le Quai - Vieux Port
Friendly staff, great location. Spacious room. Had to wait a little while for a free table at breakfast. Would have given full marks except for the renovation work that was going on downstairs which was deafening in the hotel room.

Escale Oceania Marseille Vieux Port
The bathroom is not functional as there were no shelves for toiletries. Not enough bathroom hooks for bath towels. They had to be hung on the coatrack hooks. The coffee machine did not work properly.
