"The room was a good size but smelled badly. We opened the windows which did clear it eventually. Found someone else's deodorant on the floor under the desk. The staff are very nice. Car park is free and always had spaces. Great location for the sea front. We had hreakfast off-site so can't comment on that. "

"Lovely breakfast, polite and attentive staff. Unfortunetely couple of the beers were not available and the room not as clean as it should, nice enough stay though. Rooms are always hot here and no A/C but there are usually windows/doors you can open."

"Outstanding,hotel and staff.love this place.breakfast needs attention.every thing lovely,clean and in abundance but the cooked breakfast needs attention,terrible sausages and the beans looked like they had been reheated over and over again and not just me and my families but quite a few tables had the same left overs. "The public areas are lovely. The pool area is dirty looking and very shabby, I’d take flip flops. Rooms are dated and could do with a deep clean. In desperate need of a refurbishment and deep clean. Breakfast was warm and not very appetising."

"The room was spotless but had a problem with thd drain in the bath tub took hours to empty.And breakfast is not included. A chatge off £14 on top off the £162 id already paid i did ferl that this should be included in all bookings as a guest."

"Lights tripped twice on arrival, fan in bathroom very noisy. Lack of power points by bed. Didn’t replenish any tea, milk or toilet rolls. Windows didn’t open or close properly which meant you could hear everything on the street. Location excellent, very good shower and nice big room. Hallway smells divine. "
