Savoy Le Grand Hotel
room looks basic, with old and tired furniture. Not what is expected from a 5 star hotel. Air conditioning is off, because it's "winter", even though it was 28 degrees and the pool area is very noisy due to the hotel being extended which made it look like a building site!
