"Our stay at the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech was absolutely fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every single day. Every member of staff we encountered throughout the hotel was warm, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and it really made our stay special.
Unfortunately, the spa was a completely different experience and the only disappointing part of our stay. I was refused a massage because I have a very small amount of psoriasis. I found this extremely upsetting and unprofessional. After I questioned their decision and explained that it is a mild, non-contagious skin condition, they suddenly changed their minds and said they would carry out the massage after all. By that point, however, I no longer felt comfortable.
To make matters worse, the spa staff were giggling together in French while discussing the situation, which made me feel judged and embarrassed. Whether they were talking about me or not, it was completely inappropriate and left me with no confidence in receiving treatment, so I decided not to go ahead with the massage.
It was a real shame because the spa experience fell far below the exceptional standards of the rest of the hotel. Despite this, I would absolutely return to the Savoy Le Grand Marrakech because every other aspect of our stay was excellent. Next time, however, I’ll be booking my spa treatments elsewhere."
"Room was great, couldn’t complain. Understanding it is currently a heatwave AC will struggle and only place to cool down was lobby.
Would have been great if pool times were extended due to heat.
Activities - didn’t really see anything apart from water volleyball nor was I once approached and asked if I’d like to join.
Been told that due the heat, only water sports and stretching is happening.
Staff were excellent through out the stay!
On to the hotel food - breakfast, lunch, snacks were fine as expected, evening meal - only had it on 3 nights.
Main restaurant was excellent, really enjoyed it.
Booked Italian and Moroccan and was under impression if you book it is Al acarte, I was wrong, buffet.
Moroccan “restaurant”/buffet meal was lovely, where’s Italian was a disappointment, had to go to main restaurant afterwards.
Overall it was good place to stay, but I confirmed once again that all inclusive is not for me, maybe if it were not as hot and activities were actually happening, I might of enjoyed it more, just could not sleep by the pool for 10h a day."

Main thing is distance from Marrakesh, need transport to get there. Have free/ cheap coach in (depending on time). We often took taxis but reckon they saw us coming and we paid over but hey!"
"Our stay at Palais des Princesses was the perfect start to our Marrakech holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, peaceful courtyards, a gorgeous rooftop terrace and a lovely pool that was the perfect temperature to cool down in after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was exceptional – spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge and a smart TV, making it a great place to relax after long days sightseeing. Despite being only a two-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the heart of the Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The location really couldn’t have been better, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions while enjoying the tranquillity of the riad whenever we returned. Exceptional value for money, outstanding hospitality and a truly authentic Moroccan experience. We would highly recommend Palais des Princesses to anyone visiting Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
