It was amazing riad and Shema was externally helpful and accommodating. Stayed there for 5 nights and had dinner and lunch there few times. It had great jazz music every night and Monday the best one. Definitely will stay here again!! Also booked the grand royal spa and hammam, which was again a great experience here. We had a wonderful stay at this charming 9-bedroom Riad in Morocco. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the main square, the medina, and all the key sights. What truly made our experience special was Chaymae, the main staff member, who looked after us from start to finish with such a warm and friendly personality. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made us feel right at home. The food was also excellent fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! The jazz singers are another treat while we enjoyed our Dinner. Thank you to Chaymae and her staff.

The staff and service where really good and the room en riad looked verry nice. Only book here of you like music and staying up later. We had some early mornings and the jazz was playing till 11 pm. We didn't mind it but it is good to know when you are booking this riad. Also the swimming pool as shown on the pictures is not used for swimming just decoration. The location is right in the middle of the medina witch is awesome!

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful during the entire stay. We’re greeted with hot tea and pastries upon arrival. We were allowed to check in about an hour early. Restaurant on top of the roof is nice but we were unable to eat at the other restaurant on the base level because it was closed on the evening we wanted to eat without notice. Room was clean and spacious. Private patio was a plus! Room service came every day. Mini-bar in room is not included in stay. I would definitely recommend this Riad!

The Riad is also a jazz club / restaurant. Amazing fun if you like Jazz and late nights, but if you are looking for a quiet stay, this is not for you. Live jazz every night until midnight, and your bedroom will be right next the restaurant or bar. We loved it as totally unique. But better to know what you’re letting yourself in for!

My stay at Le Riad Monceau was excellent!!! From the moment we arrived, the front desk manager, Chaymae was amazing! She was so helpful in explaining places to visit and restaurants to try. She took her time in showing us the Riad and even had tea and pastries for us to try. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The location is great, it's right in the middle of everything, from shopping to amazing restaurants and nightlife. The Riad has amazing jazz by the pool and a beautiful rooftop bar/restaurant. We also took advantage of their spa and had a great time. I can't say enough great things about this place other than I highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Marrakech!

A very special stay. As our first Riad experience we can hope but probably not experience such an authentic stay. What made it more special over and above the attentive service was the hamam, and the in incredibly vibey Bistro Aribe with its evening show. Dining here is a must for any stay

One of the best vacation we had for a long time. We have been traveling quite often and been to many different countries before. We were most impressed by the management staffs especially Zakarya manager who was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend asking her to help you on your stay. The dinner staffs are also extremely nice especially the waiter Aumaima giving us a very memorable dinner. The captain and the hostess are also extraordinary and so surprised they kindly thank you in words and not accepting our tips, which is very unusually in Morocco. Beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakesh

Excellent, friendly welcome, given mint tea and pastries on arrival. Live entertainment every night in the courtyard. Great breakfast with friendly service.
