"I love that you are just 5 minutes from the metro station, and one 4 minute ride to Disney. The room was great and super spacious. The bar and staff were great and really friendly! They all spoke English too, which was helpful. The atmosphere and vibe was social and modern. My only complaint to the staff is in regards to the door at night. They lock it so your card doesn’t open it, and they have to manually open it. The issue is they never look at the door or respond to the buzzer. It was snowing, and I was stuck outside twice till I finally got their attention. Honestly, 5 stars for everything else. 1 star for that. "

"Courteous staff, lovely cleaners, and great facilities. Very close to Disneyland and a shuttle was provided, although only negative was we booked on the understanding there was a private car available for their top room class but this was not to Disney! "
