Pool was great on a hot day

Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel was comfortable and quiet though dated, the aircon in our room was noisy

Loved the quiet location yet with shops and transport nearby. The property does need higher beds and higher toilet seat, as are way too low - not convenient at all for people with disabilities or older people. Please have equality for all. Loved the balcony listening to the birds. Also need to address the health and safety aspects with cables , wires, etc for guests safety.

A rather mediocre place. We wanted to choose a place suitable for having a good time in Dalyan, but this place definitely does not meet the standards for accommodation. The electrical wiring is poor, sparks fly from the outlets when you try to charge your iPhone. The air conditioner has not been maintained, emitting a moldy smell because the filter hasn't been cleaned in years. I had to remove and clean the filter myself, but it was encrusted and visible mold was present. Unfortunately, it does nothing but spread bacteria. The cleanliness was also quite bad. The sheets and towels were yellowed, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and balcony was inadequate. It is not a sterile environment and lacks necessary care. The stove in the kitchen was rusted, and the refrigerator was covered in ice. Despite its very central location and beautiful garden, it does not meet the minimum requirements, so we will never stay here again and I would not recommend it. They definitely need to review the electrical wiring and cleanliness.

The room was basic but very clean. Plenty of hot water when i needed it. Only a 5 minute walk into town. As a solo traveller i felt very safe. Absolute bargain price.

A DUMP

The place was a dump. Chipped plates. Apartment needed updating. V v old furniture. Ok for budget hotel but wish it was clean. TV remote was not in the room so spoke with Hakan who could NOT do anything so we had NO TV. therefore had early nite in an uncomfortable bed. There was like warm water for a shower which did not have pressure. There were NO recent review’s therefore decided NEVER STAY in a place unless it has recent good reviews. The Owner was very nice.

Biz 4 kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık. Odalar çok küçük ve odalardaki yataklar ve çek yatlar çok eski. Yatak odasındaki yataklar çok rahatsız. Sabah yorgun kalkıyorsunuz. Yakarca ve sifri sinekten her tarafımız şişti. Klima sadece yatak odasında var ve o da çok ses yapıyor. Salonda kapı kapalı yatarsan çok sıcak oluyor. Açarsan sinek ısırıyor. Mutlaka prize takılan sinek savarlardan alın.

Dalyandaki ikinci adresim.

Gayet güzel bir hafta sonu gezisi oldu. Küçük bir mutfağı olan otantik huzurlu bir apart otel. Rahat ,temiz ve konumu güzeldi. Sıcak suyu sürekli vardı ve kliması buzdolabı iyi çalışıyordu. Wifi fena değildi ,kesintisiz film seyrettim. Dalyandaki ikinci adresim. .Eksikleri var mı diye soracaksanız ,5 yıldızlı tatil köylerinde bile eksiklikler var. Fiyat performans kıyaslandığında tercih edebilirsiniz.
