Pretty hotel close to the water

Only spent the balance of one night there whilst waiting for a pick up at 1pm to transport us to our villa in Kas. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was very good with lots of fruit as well as the usual hot and cold options and cereals. It was right on the water with lots of relaxed seating areas under thatched roofs with Turkish cushions and low table. A swimming pool and splash pool which we didn't use but looked very clean and welcoming. Would stay again.

Excellent stay.They have just renovated hotel and everything is very new in the hotel.Breakfast was excellent.Rooms are very comfy and well designed and also big.Very hygenic and clean.Staff is helpfull.Location is amazing.Just near the lake.Higly recommended.I will go in august with my family for a long time

Turkish charm with a Dutch touch.

Nestled in the south end of Dalyan, this quaint hotel offers a comfortable escape from the tourist focused sections of downtown. Both main buildings are each two floors, with non balcony rooms above and rooms with small outside terraces below. Either are fine choices. Breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious, served from 8am-10am. The facility and grounds were clean and well maintained, and the staff friendly and accommodating. In a bit of irony, the main sign for the hotel needs a refresh as it has faded over the years and should better reflect the colors of the hotel decor and, more importantly, present something with a orange/orange tree theme since that is what Portakal translates into and for what the surrounding region is known. Thanks again to all involved for maintaining a cozy bright spot during these past months of uncertainty. Look forward to returning in the near future.

Small hotel by the river, renovated, cosy; staff is very helpful. The owner lady Mehtap is very nice and polite, she arranged us a wonderful boat tour, we were able to visit Caretta’s Beach, the river, mud baths . It is quiet, the breakfast was decent, I would defiantly stay there again .

Temizlik, konfor ve konum acisindan cok guzel bir otel ancak kahvalti cok buyuk hayal kirikligi oldu. Acik bufe yazan kahvaltida paket market receli ve rengi donmus haslanmis yumurta servis ediliyor. Fiyat acisindan bakilinca bu durum can sıkıcıydi bizim konaklamamiz sirasinda. Bir de cocuklu aileler alt katta konaklama konusuna dikkat ederse iyi olur. Bize ust kat verilmisti rahat edemedik. Ama konum, oda konforu ve temizlik acisindan ortalamanin ustuydu. Bir de bahce golun tam kenarinda degil arada yol var ve alt bahcedeki alanlar gunduz guneste aksam karanlik. Ustelik cok fazla karinca vardi. Bulundugu yer itibariyle parasini karsilamadigini düşünüyorum.

The owners were all very friendly and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish.
