"It was my Birthday weekend, and it was great. The place was so peaceful and relaxing. Great location, we could walk all around town. Very nice room. Thanks"

"I would not recommend staying here. Property itself has nice exterior appearance but once you get in you see the truth. I bet this place was a lot nicer when it first started being rented out. Sofa had very questionable stains, a check in book had some very vulgar things written in it, bed sheets on both beds had not been changed for some time, lots of hair, fuzz, and even dead bugs between the sheets. Place is supposedly strict on parking and there are only 3 designated spots, and another guest had double parked, and 2 other cars were parked in non designated areas, while I can’t blame the property owners necessarily, I think the fact that they permitted this to happen is just another sign of the “who cares, good enough” attitude. Management, while initially was responsive, they went completely missing for over 2 days after I complained about the sheets and asked for them to be changed out. Long story short, DONT STAY HERE! The property is being sold, probably because the current owners can’t be bothered to do anything besides take your money based on lies and false advertising. It wasn’t horrible but it failed in key areas, which is why I could not recommend staying here, especially when there’s so many better places in Fredricksburg to stay. "
"My wife and I enjoyed this stay. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The property was located right off of the main strip in Fredericksburg which made it easy to walk to restaurants. The water pressure was fantastic, the beds were comfy, and the grounds were quiet. "
