"Great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights in room 2 which has tv upstairs and down with nice fireplace by the bed. Right outside pool area. Breakfast brought and left outside room before 8am and just heated in microwave. We opted for the large shower instead of jacuzzi tub and it was great with rainfall showerhead. Would certainly stay again. "

"This inn was perfect in so many ways! we are 3rd generation Houstonians who know and love the hill country...so many connections there! Fredericksburg has been consistently a place to seek out for us. This inn is unique in Fredericksburg! Charming, walled property with individual units. Hints of European style everywhere while maintaining the hill country identity. Gated entries to property and the private off street parking are not usually found there. Wonderful owners on site with attention to every detail. Even fabulous, gourmet ice creams created by owner...called the Austin Street Creamery. Great restaurants near by. We did not want to hurry our time in Fredericksburg once we found this property. We were enchanted! We will go back! Sylvia and Bill Sullivan"

"Fun weekend"

"I would not recommend staying here. Property itself has nice exterior appearance but once you get in you see the truth. I bet this place was a lot nicer when it first started being rented out. Sofa had very questionable stains, a check in book had some very vulgar things written in it, bed sheets on both beds had not been changed for some time, lots of hair, fuzz, and even dead bugs between the sheets. Place is supposedly strict on parking and there are only 3 designated spots, and another guest had double parked, and 2 other cars were parked in non designated areas, while I can’t blame the property owners necessarily, I think the fact that they permitted this to happen is just another sign of the “who cares, good enough” attitude. Management, while initially was responsive, they went completely missing for over 2 days after I complained about the sheets and asked for them to be changed out. Long story short, DONT STAY HERE! The property is being sold, probably because the current owners can’t be bothered to do anything besides take your money based on lies and false advertising. It wasn’t horrible but it failed in key areas, which is why I could not recommend staying here, especially when there’s so many better places in Fredricksburg to stay. "
