"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. "The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up.
In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft.
The place is not safe and not comfortable. I strongly advise you to look for another place."
