"The location is close to the airport and has a shuttle to and from the airport. All the major attractions are within 5 miles and this makes a wonderful centralized location for a tourist. There are buses and bikes in the vicinity for transportation. We had a little wait time to get our room when we checked in at 4 pm. Room 677 looked out at the bay and had a small balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The layout of the bathroom and closet were awkward with the closet behind the bathroom door within the bathroom. It was a little complicated for two people to get dressed and use the bathroom. Noise was not an issue. A discount is provided at check-in and is for restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if in San Diego."

"Website doesn’t tell you the rooms are so spread out, in different buildings. Not connected to the lobby. Felt more like a motel. We parked our car and went to the room from the outside. Rooms were good, clean but need upgrades "

"I had a great stay, and staff was amazing except that the day after I left O got a final bill with an extra charge that did not belong. I was charged 2 of my children, even though I called the day before to confirm there would be no extra fee for them (since they are under the age of free guests). Manager confirmed no extra fee, but apparently left a note for it to be charged. I have been trying to contact her for over 2 weeks now, and she will not return my calls to resolve this issue. "

"The room was clean and had great amenities. We also loved the location—everything was nearby, including Old Town San Diego, the airport, and SeaWorld San Diego. However, breakfast could be improved—we had to wait for food, and there wasn’t always enough available"

"Clean room, staff were very friendly, breakfast was really good. The only thing I would complain about is, it does get pretty noisy with the freeway being close to the property. Very close to the beach, the zoo and sea world. We will probably stay here again"
