"What a lovely place to stay! The property is gorgeous and beautifully tropical. Our room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were great, too. And they had great entertainment nightly. We loved our stay there!"

"This hotel was absolutely breathtaking, upon checking in I had thee best service from the front desk clerks. When walking into our room we noticed the showers had mildew in the corners, and our balcony was not clean. I walked to the front desk and the girls were so helpful and got us into a new room. The new room was bit cleaner but still not what I expected from a 4 star Sheraton. The second room also had mildew around showers, behind the bed where the headboard rest was filthy and filled with dust. Although my stay here was enjoyable and delightful, I think the housekeeping needs to be reviewed. "
