"The Westin is extremely close to LAX and the shuttle service was excellent. Our driver was one of the best drivers I've ever seen- how he navigated traffic and all of the stops for the shuttle passengers was amazing. Patrick at the front desk was exceptional at check-in. Courteous, professional and genuine. He did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and simple. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Our room had an incredible view with comfortable beds and crisp linens. An absolute 10 out of 10 experience."

"Everything was great, clean. The only thing I wanted to mention was our cooler and AC were not working. Thankfully the weather was cool and fresh, but the room did get stuff here and there. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to adjust the room temp. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay."

"We have stayed here a few times while visiting Children's Hospital of LA. The facilities are always clean, rooms are very comfortable, and the parking is is great. It has been the same person at the front desk checking us in each time, Michael. He has been incredibly helpful and friendly each time. He makes the late check in with a tired kiddo about as easy as it could possibly be. I highly recommend Hollywood Hotel. The property is in great shape, the staff is friendly. The rates aren't bad at all for what you're getting."
