"Both the hotel and the room were in good condition: clean, well-maintained, and relatively new. As for the staff, the front desk staff was generally distant and, at times, even unfriendly; however, the staff in the lounge and dining room during breakfast was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The breakfast was varied and of good quality."

"Wonderful hotel, very relaxing and peaceful but also great for families. Our apartment was split level and well equipped with a washer and a dish washer. It had a lovely terrace at the back which provided direct access to the beach walk way. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly. Definitely try the freshly squeezed orange juice. This was perfect for us as we wanted something quiet and a bit more secluded. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and a supermarket but not much more so if you do want more then either hire a car or probably not the place for you. Pool is large and cool and was never that busy, always managed to get a lounger which were padded with nice towels. Not all that many apartments and villas so it’s not overrun. Had a massage which was nice, gym is small but we were here for relaxing so didn’t use. Sauna and steam but sauna out of use whilst we were here so didn’t get to use. Loads of quiet places to lounge and relax. Recommended!!"

"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were very clean, modern and spacious. We were upgraded from a street view to a pool view which was an unexpected perk! All staff were polite and happy to help. The range of food for breakfast was great from fruit, to full english, via ham and cheese, cereal and pastries. All of good quality. The pool was good but can get quite busy at times, which is to be expected in the summer. "

"I had a really enjoyable stay here and would happily return. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay. Vinicius was kind, polite, friendly, and always happy to help. There was also another member of staff whose name I unfortunately didn't get. She had mousy blonde hair and was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and a real credit to the hotel. The hotel and my room were spotless. Everything was exceptionally clean, the room was comfortable, and the temperature was well maintained. The location is excellent, only a 2–3 minute walk from the beach. I was initially worried that the hotel being on a slight slope would be an issue, but it really wasn't. The sloped section itself takes less than a minute to walk, even when coming back from the beach. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the Wi-Fi, which was very poor in my room. I had to rely on my mobile data, and with most TV channels being in Portuguese, I had limited entertainment when relaxing. There is also a nearby bar that sometimes plays music until around 1–1:30 a.m., but it wasn't rowdy and never felt excessive. The breakfast buffet was okay and good value for money (12.50 euros), and I'm looking forward to seeing the new bar once it's finished. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return and would reccommend to others."

"We were given the wrong room (we booked a 2 bedroom and they gave us a 1 bedroom) initially! They didn't seem very apologetic about it. The room we were given had a VERY dated kitchen - yellow laminate cabinets that were chipped. This did NOT match the pictures on Expedia or the resort website. Also the couch was very sad and worn out (unlike the cute couch in the pictures). On a positive note, the grounds were beautiful and nicely maintained. And the food at the restaurants was delicious!"
