"Considering room rates are already significant at the coast it seems excessive to charge a resort fee and a parking fee additionally. Then to charge $25 for breakfast that many of the resorts include with the cost of your stay again seems excessive. I could do without the flip flops and water bottle to eliminate the resort fee. The resort is nice, but no nicer than other resorts that do not charge all these additional fees."

"Thank goodness for their amenities. Every room has a beach view. Which is great but the sun was brutal. We picked a bad time to go. It was hot the weekend we stayed and luckily they have at least portable air conditioning. Not many properties have air conditioning at the coast."
