"The staff was nice and everything was very clean. However, I will say the property in general was extremely loud. I don’t think it’s a reflection of the property, I think the guests that happened to be There were very disruptive and I unfortunately had to cut my trip early because it was impossible to sleep. The staff was very apologetic and understanding and tried to switch me rooms and let me out of my reservation early given the circumstances. I travel often and was in town for work and after limited sleep for two days it was impossible to stay. Amenities were limited as there is no pool or hot tub, and the restaurant listed as on site was actually walking distance and not what is traditionally considered on site. This hotel would probably be perfect for retired couples that want to be close to the water and don’t really need a lot of extra amenities. However, I will say the showers were very small and maybe not necessarily the safest for older couples. Again, the staff was very nice and very accommodating and everything was very clean, just was not the perfect situation for me."

"We stayed in a room off from the main hotel. It was great with a nice view of the beach and the ocean. Lucky it was a beautiful day and the beach is right there. A brief walk to the pier shopping area with restaurants so close by. Bathrooms are good, bed is comfortable as are the pillows. Good fridge in the room. Good price and quality. We have stayed here several times in the past and it has always been good for a fun day."

"room was very very tiny, there were some dead bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom that freaked us out a little. it appeared as though they tried to paint over a dead moth on the ceiling of the bathroom so it was just stuck. the faucet was rusty. i showered the first night and a few deas bugs fell off the ceiling so i did not shower the second night. bed was comfortable and seemed to be clean. the woman at the front desk was so sweet. location was perfect just wish it was a little cleaner. :)"

"Location was unbeatable. Room clean and fresh. We happened to be there at Spring Break so there were many families with children. All had a great time in the pool. Lots of people at the hotel but didn't seem crowded. Just active. Pillows were the most comfortable of any hotel ever. Coffee and rolls in the morning was nice. Staff was kind and helpful. Facility was well thought out and had processes in place to deal with all the people without anyone feeling ignored. Part of that was to have sufficient staff on site. It is right above the beach so it takes about 30 seconds to get to the steps to the beach then another 15 seconds to get down them and there you are on the beach with about 6-8 beach volleyball courts to your right and the Pacific ocean in front of you. Pismo beach is a great beach. This hotel gives you total access quickly. We had a great time. "
