"Hotel situated on busy street near truck wash. Room clean but dated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus stop just outside hotel for either Chioggia or Venice. Only there one night. Not much around area and no restaurant, other than couple hours in evening or breakfast., at hotel."

"Room clean but very basic. No tea / coffee facilities. Overhead shower unusable as flow so poor, handheld nozzle wouldn't stay up so showered from waist down! Disappointing for the cost but it was only 7 minutes walk to the station"

"Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. La camera era pulita con moquette a terra. Bagno rifatto nuovo e pulito, un pelino piccolo, ma funzionale. È disponibile una sala comune dove poter mangiare e una terrazza. Servizio di accoglienza ottimo con tanto di spiegazione delle attrazioni vicine. Posto comodissimo per raggiungere la stazione 3 da lì Venezia. Buona Visita"

"Parking on the property, close to Venice. For short stay not bad, but long stays can hurt your back. Improper covers and bed are too old."
