"Beautiful, new, trendy hotel. Staff were lovely! A bit of a funny smell, but we figured it’s bc the hotel is so new? The AC didn’t get very cold and constantly shut off, making it hard to keep the room cool and not damn feeling."

"The hotel is located on Margaret Island offering an escape from the city. The property was well maintained. During our stay, I noticed a tile dislodged in one of the Thermal pools. I highlighted this to staff. During the evening, the pool was emptied, the whole area around the dislodged tile was re-tiled, cleaned and refilled by 9am the next morning. Excellent service. The food in the hotel was of good quality and reasonably priced. Spa and outdoor pool were great, however later in the day can get busy. If you go at opening, it’s possible to have the spa area to yourself. Only a few negatives, bottled water isn’t replenished each day, it’s just complimentary on arrival. Tea bags not replenished everyday, however, I’m sure if you ask, they will do this with pleasure. Overall nice stay."
