Let me start by saying that the entire staff are very polite and accommodating, we were given an amazing room upgrade on arrival, the breakfast is pretty good too, and it is conveniently located to explore major tourist attractions by foot or using public transportation. We are strongly recommending this hotel to our family members, friends and colleagues.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff were really nice always, room cleaned very well. The breakfast was a little minimal though despite its nice presentation. I had boiled egg and toast every day as there wasn't much variation nor hot items, but selection of sweet pastries were nice.

We visited this hotel on the 8th of September. It is very clean, nice friendly staff, the location is great lots of nice stores around COS and some high end stores. It was about 3 minutes walk to one of the Hop on Hop off buses, which was useful. At night, there are a number of very nice restaurabts around. It is a lively area wigh good earing places. Tried Incognito restaurant one block down and liked it very much. The room was very well lit up and you could brighten or dim down the light as much as you wanted. Over all we were very happy and would definitely recommend it. The only problem was very slow internet in our room.

Lovely Hotel

Beautiful hotel in great location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The hotel is in a lovely area and within walking distance to most attractions.
