"Clean and exactly what you’d expect from a Shangri-La hotel. Room was very nice and very well designed. Gym was fantastic with barbell and every weight/ machine you could ever need. Breakfast buffet was amazing with excellent service. Blown away by the hotel. 10/10. Highly recommend"

"Warmly greeted and the location is fabulous. Great for walks around the river right outside day or night. Right near the mall and other shops. I consider this the heart of Tianjin. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and going to the Starbucks Reserve within walking distance for great drink options. Also the food is great at the hotel as well. "

"This hotel is very close to Subway line 3 station (exit C), less than 5 minutes. Also very close to the shopping street (Bin Jiang Dao) and the river cruise dock. Hotel is new and clean and modern looking. Staff friendly and they also provide drinks and snacks for free. Will stay here again. Highly recommend! "

"It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible! I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!"
