"There were bugs in the room and bathroom. "The facilities were old, and the place was half-finished." Other holiday-in-hotel is good, but I don't recommend this hotel."

"It was terrible! Unbelievable There are no seats in the lobby! I sit in the lobby and waited my wife . The bar staff, Alice, said you can not sit here unless you order something! Unbelievable, the customer of the hotel can not site in the lobby! Also the baby said I offer you free water and then you can stay on the seats in the lobby. It is not acceptable! It made feel terrible!
I report to the manger in the front desk. He did I not thing! Just said you can sit the seat. That is it! It is not Westin style!"
