"It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. They had many breakfast options to choose from (both Indian and Western). I really enjoyed the spa treatment there. "Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty dishes. The beach was clean too, though we could not spend much time at the beach due to high tide. There were appropriate signboards for safety purposes. Overall the stay was amazing! "
