"Houve alguns contratempos. Como o ar-condicionado não está funcionando e não nos trocaram de quarto ao comunicarmos o que estava acontecendo(chegamos às 14h40 e só veio gelar por volta das 19h) e o ar também estava sem controle e logo informamos na recepção, mas na hora do check-out não nos deixaram sair de imediato porque foram perguntar a outro funcionário se de fato estava sem controle, após o aval dele, nos liberaram.
