"nice stay clean and friendly staff"

"Cannot say a bad word about this place. Staff where great, room was spotless, parking on site at a small fee considering its a city. Room has air-conditioning and heating. Fresh drinking water stations along corridors, very useful when you forget water for the room."

A bit of soap in the bathroom and teatowel/towel and washing up liquid in the kitchen with some milk for a cuppa when you arrive would have made it perfect. The bedding and towels were lovely and soft and smelt nice and the bed was very comfy. It was close to Hornsea and a large Tesco. I would...
