"We arrived in evening for 6 night stay. The floor was disgusting. Dirt - lots; rice under the sink & in closet alcove; big dried smears on floor which had not been washed. Reported it to office & they were very apologetic; promised to clean it up next morning. Next morning, room was made up, but still pile of dirt behind bathroom door, & in other corners. Still lots of rice on floor. Reported it to office again. Next day, much better cleaning job. Out of the almost week we stayed, our room was missed by housekeeping twice, not counting the two days it took to get that floor dealt with. I certainly did not expect bedding to be changed every day, but sign in room says they will make beds daily. Never was coffee pod holder full (room for 4 pods). When I talked, yet again, to manager, I was told they don't usually do rooms every day. Yet, sign CLEARLY says beds will be made daily. One would also assume that the floor would be swept/washed & amenities refilled, too. Two days before we left, I told manger to not bother cleaning our last day as we would be packing & in & out of room frequently. We put up do not disburb sign. Then I got a text asking when it would be convenient to come & clean! Staff were very friendly, but I felt our needs/wishes were not met. No sense being apologetic/friendly & do nothing. I booked via Expedia, so everything was prepaid. When we checked in, I asked about checking out a day early & was told I would not be refunded. I do not recommend this motel."

"Nice, clean, newer hotel. Unfortunately, they have issues with their flooring being extremely squeaky. The flooring in our room was very squeaky, and the people above us were walking continuously and kept us up most of the night. I did mention this to reception when I checked out. There is a lovely sitting area with a creek behind the hotel. "

"The beds were very comfortable, and the view was great. The shower in our room did not work very well. It is definitely an older hotel and could benefit from some updating. It seemed a little pricey for what we got."

"I must say Pam did an excellent job tidying up the room before my check-in. The lovely staff member in the breakfast room greeted each person with a warm “good morning” as they walked through the door. What better way to start the day than with a genuine smile from a total stranger? To me, that simple gesture meant more than enough. The two drivers who picked me up from and dropped me off at the airport were also absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the outstanding service and for making my stay such a positive experience."

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay, tucked out of the way from the main drag. Easily walkable to all the fun Duncan activities. Staff is amazing. Rooms are comfy. Cost is amazing! Love staying here!"
