"Usually when a new resort opens there are gaps in their processes. This was absolutely the exception. The management, lounge and bar staff, and the house keeping crews had everything dialled in flawlessly. Grazie millé to the front of house and Abrigado to the entire team! Well done. "The staff were super friendly, very welcoming & we’re always around if you needed anything. The hotel itself is in a nice quiet area, and you’re only a super cheap Uber away from the Old town, and Marina, both are also very walkable. There are some incredible restaurants around, some of the best food I’ve ever had. I can’t comment on anything past the breakfast at the hotel, as I didn’t eat in, apart from the breakfast as it was included & that was very good, starts your day off right. Beach was really quiet, so no fighting for a good spot or bed, overall I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back here and recommending it to all my friends. Thank you for a great holiday. "

"The property was lovely. Very clean and quiet. Close to nice beaches and towns. Great for our family visit. We also appreciated the many dining options and pools at the neighboring Marriott resort. The only negative was the broken AC unit in our room. It leaked a lot of water which had already caused damage to the wall and flooring before we arrived. We mentioned it at check-in and stopped using the unit when we noticed the damage. We were told that it was on the list to be repaired."
