Malgré un très bon accueil téléphonique par Sylvie nous demandant d'arriver avant 18h00 car nous étions le jour de Noël, nous sommes arrivés et nous avons eu un accueil un peu froid de la part du réceptionniste en doudoune. Normal, car pas de chauffage dans les couloirs de l'hôtel où il faisait froid. Chambre heureusement chauffée par un radiateur avec des codes couleurs très difficile à maitriser. Salle de bain avec un plafond remplis de trace d'humidité coté douche et une VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas. Je ne vous dis pas la coulure dû à l'humidité sur la fenêtre de la chambre qui coulait sur sol. Je pense que le matelas à fait largement son temps dans la chambre 30. Vieux placard en bois sentant le renfermé. Et le petit déjeuner à 14€ par personne, ou il n'y a pas grand choix à part trois assiettes emballées avec du film plastique protégeant du Quatre-quarts au chocolat et du gâteau industriel. Sans oublier un bac pour cuire les œufs mais dont la présentation générale du petit déjeuner ne donnait pas envie. Même sil le lieu et les photos semblaient sympa sur internet, nous choisirons un autre établissement si nous devions revenir, sauf si celui-ci prend une apparence de modernité. Ces observations ne sont pas pour critiquer l'établissement mais pour que celui-ci prenne en compte des axes d'amélioration pour répondre aux normes de l'hôtellerie. Bon courage. Cordialement

Cela sent le tabac froid partout dans l’hôtel. J’ai payer un petit déjeuner à 14€ pour que l’on me dise qu’il n’y a plus de café à 8h du matin.

Le pire!

Cette hotel etait le pire de tout les hotels ou nous avons sejourne. L'hotel a ferme ses portes sans nous avertir pendant 3 hrs le dimanche, et nous ne pouvions pas sortir. on a due prendre la sortie de secours. Il n'y avait personne la nuit donc nous etions sans personne dans l'hotel. Il y avait des insectes sdans la piece. Nous en avons tues plusieurs! le telephone dans la chambre ne marchait pas. enfin plutot une horrible nuit!

Nahe der Seine gelegen Wir mussten mehr zahlen als bei Expedia gebucht, zudem bekamen wir nicht das gebuchte Zweibettzimmer. Nach Beanstandung bekamen wir dann ein Raucherzimmer Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

La prestation ne vaut pas le prix.

J ai pris la chambre confort. Très déçu, sombre et basse de plafond, la fenêtre n’isole pas et le chauffage est inexistant. Tache sur la serviette de salle de bain et cuvette de toilette non fixée. Enfin petit déjeuner vraiment sommaire, café Thermos et viennoiseries de grande surface bas de gamme.
