"I only stayed one night . The staff were very helpful & polite . The rooms were very comfortable and everything you needed in them , iron , ironing board & hairdryer. The Resteruant the food was lovely very tasty , and the breakfast had a large selection . We did park right outside the entrance of the hotel in the car park - it did cost a separate price to the room which was £14 for parking."

"The room was clean and everything smelt fresh. The jacuzzi bath in the Suite was Devine. The staff were super friendly and helpful - 10 out 10 😊. The big whirlpool/jacuzzi was lovely. The breakfast (room service) was mediocre at best - 1st morning it was cold and the poached egg was solid, the fresh fruit was just an apple (very disappointing). The 2nd morning was a little improved. Other than that we lived our stay and will be back 😊"

"The Heyford had positves and negatives for me. Positives 1) Michael. Nothing was too much for him. He is personable and did his utmost to make sure I had a pleasant stay with you, so big thanks to him. 2) The room. I stayed in the deluxe room and it is a big spacious room with a comfortable bed and balcony. 3) Food. After reading the reviews, I was expecting to be let down by the food, but everything I had was delicious. Negatives 1) I'm pedantic and felt perhaps the room could be cleaner. 2) I came for my birthday and mentioned this twice to the hotel, but I didn't even get a handwritten card wishing me well, which I thought was a shame. 3) Slippers. Paying £400 a night for a room and not getting slippers is quite wild."

"Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾朗 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff."
