"I had a really great experience at Kozy! The hotel was clean, looked new, and the breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The only small issue was that the water stayed warm even when I turned it to cool, but it wasn’t too hot, so it was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back if I’m in Dallas again!"

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The ice machine on my floor did not work so I had to go to a different floor to get the ice. The elevator was super slow and someone said it kept breaking down the day before my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing."
