"There was no way for ys to get to the island from el nido, tried a week in advanced, would have gladly went explained to expedia, they contacted the hotel and said they would not help at all, and lost all my money at the resort. Terrible property, it said no refunds, but we tried everything to get there, so booked cebu instead. Would never book with hennan again, with a week in advance trying, no empathy and understanding so have to call it as it is. Hennan do better, it was not anyone's fault but maybe the airlines that were packed for weeks, they should have more flights for sure, but hennan didnt have to clean a room for a week and probably upsold it as well. Bad marks for hennan properties they should understand the trying stressfull times travellers encounter, but they obviously dont, i wont even try to go boracaye again because of this."
