"Room was comfortable and clean enough but the lifts were awful, staying on the 9th floor, 16 floors total, you couldn't not use the loft. Only 2 of 4 running when I visited, a colleague was stuck in a loft for 1 hour. Very old and slow, regular long wait times. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again."

Only real complaint is that in our room the bathroom was a bit small, with the toilet just fitting between the shower and the wall and with a radiator just in front of it. Being over 6 feat and not thin, this meant I had to sit at a 45 degree angle on the toilet. It was ok and doable, but not really comfortable.
