Old rooms. Smelly. Very laoud. Reception coan not care less. I ask for room far from elevator she assign beside elevator wall. After she changed it was with the view over parking with a lot of noise. Tileta by the lobby dirty, noone cleaned them after guests. Very bad stay.

Good service and friendly staff. One observation in relation to the EV charging is perhaps ensure that users move the cars when charging is complete to let other people use the service as well.

Good hotel, bad EV charging habits

Always happy to be back at this hotel, would perhaps suggest that they "help" the EV owners to move their cars when done so others also could use the service.

I thought the towels and pillows need replacing. They are old. The shower curtain too. Although water is drinkable in Denmark (no need of bottled water) they should have water fountains in each floor hallway. The room had no complementary water so I found myself after arriving late at night without water in my room. Yes, there was the expensive water from the mini bar but I don't spend ,money in mini bars. ALL hotels have complementary water. I am not referring to cheap hotels, but hotel of this quality (business rooms) usually have complementary water in the room. You have slippers & bathrobe, you should have complementary water. Please do not tell your clients that the water in Denmark is drinkable and to drink water from the bathroom, which is what reception told me to do. I didn't find it very hygienic. One good thing about the room was the dark curtains because it gets bright early...

Godt hotel

Dejligt hotel med kompetent og meget imødekommende personale. Hvis man vil parkerer under hotellet koster 145,-kr/nat. De 3 Tesla destinationsladere under hotellet, som normalt er gratis at lade ved, er ude af drift. Der findes dog andre ladeudbydere, men vil så ikke være gratis.
