From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the space spotless, and every detail thoughtfully prepared to make the stay as relaxing as possible. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – such a variety of delicious options, beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and such exceptional service so seamlessly. I truly loved every moment of my stay and can’t wait to return. "Close to Circular Quay, although beware of cab drivers who charged $20 for a $5 journey we needed to take because of mobility problems. This happened on two occasions and will probably mean we will not stay there again, although not the hotels fault, it left a bad overall impression."
